Finding the right tenant

Inspections and Maintenance
- Three-monthly routine inspections are conducted to ensure your property is being well looked after
- The organisation of urgent repairs and routine maintenance repairs are included in your management fee
- We can pay your property expenses from your rent on your behalf if requested
Financial Process
- Rent money is disbursed to you on the first business day of the month
- Monthly statements are provided to you via email on the first business day of the month
- Yearly statements are provided at the end of the financial year
